Demaray Hall, 150
Please join us for a reading with Nicole Miller, our current Milton Fellow, who has spent her fellowship year working to complete a collection of stories that explore what April Bernard calls "the lies of love."
Nicole, a native of Iowa, received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature and creative writing from Bethel University in 2004. Since completing an MFA in fiction writing at Sarah Lawrence College in 2009, she's done the very rewarding work of teaching first-year students at SUNY Purchase College in New York, and is currently teaching Imaginative Writing and an advanced fiction workshop to students at Seattle Pacific University. Nicole’s fiction can be found in Image issue 63 and in the online anthology Underwater New York.
