International Arts Movement — founded by Mako Fujimura, based in New York and Tokyo - an "arts

The Cornerstone Forum — Run by scholar Gil Bailie, "concerned with today’s cultural and spiritual

Print Magazines/Journals
America — a weekly Catholic magazine that focuses on book reviews, news, and opinion.
Books and Culture — published by Christianity Today but modeled on The New York Review of Books -
contains primarily book reviews and essays about current cultural issues.
Christian Century — now over a century old, CC "examines issues of politics and culture as well as
theology, and…pays attention to the challenges of faith that arise in our everyday lives."
Commonweal — a Catholic opinion journal that discusses politics, ethics, and a host of other topics in
many different styles.
First Things — a thoughtful journal that attempts to "advance a religiously informed public philosophy
for the ordering of society."
Prism — thoughtful magazine published by Evangelicals for Social Action.
Radix Magazine —"encourages evangelism, discipleship, and renewal of the Christian mind" through its
exploration of contemporary art, literature and media.
Sojourners Magazine — "a Christian ministry whose mission is to proclaim and practice the biblical call
to integrate spiritual renewal and social justice."

Fuller Theological Seminary: Brehm Center — a program for church leaders to focus on incorporating art,
literature, music, and other media into the experience of God.
Graduate Theological Union - MA — consortium of theological schools that provides graduate degrees in
Art and Religion; this is their M.A. program page.
