At the Glen, morning classes are taught by renowned artists, scholars, and critics. Afternoons and evenings feature a delightful buffet of poetry readings, gallery tours, film screenings, concerts, open mics, and more. And amidst it all, there are a wide variety of opportunities to explore the intersection of art and faith via daily chapel, yoga, centering prayer, and hikes in grand Appalachian forests. Artists, writers, musicians, patrons of the arts, and spiritual wayfarers of all stripes are welcome.
In 2022, we are excited to offer classes in a wide array of creative disciplines.
The Glen Workshop combines the best elements of a craft workshop, arts festival, and spiritual retreat.
It only lasts a week, but for many it’s a powerful creative catalyst and source of friendships that continue for years. Artists, writers, musicians, patrons of the arts, and spiritual wayfarers of all stripes are welcome.
